Say Yes Challenge
Say it.
Out loud.
For 21 days.
A 21-day challenge to practice wanting things loud enough for the world to hear you — one four-line post a day, a workbook to keep, and a hashtag full of people saying their own yes right alongside you.
The idea
Saying it is half the work.
I started posting one manifestation a day, out loud, for the last 100 days of the year — because I got tired of keeping my own life a secret.
Every time I've said something big before I was ready for it — on camera, in front of strangers — a role, a trip, a redesign, a birthday wish — something has moved. Not always the way I expected. But something.
This challenge is that same practice, built for you, scaled down to three weeks: long enough to actually change how you talk about what you want, short enough to be doable with an actual life going on around it.
What this is — and isn't
Set your expectations here.
This is
- ✓A daily practice — five minutes, one post, twenty-one days in a row.
- ✓A shared container. Everyone posting, everyone cheering everyone else on.
- ✓Proof, on record, that you kept a promise to yourself for three straight weeks.
- ✓A workbook you'll actually keep using after Day 21.
This isn't
- ✕A get-famous scheme. Nobody's promising you a viral moment.
- ✕1:1 coaching. It's community support, not personal feedback on every post.
- ✕About being polished. Half the challenge is hitting "post" before you feel ready.
- ✕Therapy, though it might feel like it some days. It's a practice, not a treatment.
How it works
Two days to set up. Twenty-one days of reps.
Orientation, before Day 1
Your workbook arrives with the cohort dates, the hashtag, how the community works, and two questions worth sitting with before you post your first yes.
One four-line post a day
A hook, "today I'm saying yes to ___," why it matters, and a one-line invite for the next person. About five minutes, start to finish.
Camera confidence
No equipment, no experience required — how to set up your shot, sound like yourself, and what to do if you freeze mid-sentence.
Plan all 21, right now
Sit down once and rough out all twenty-one yeses in one sitting, so you're never staring at a blank page wondering what to say.
The three weeks
Where it tends to get hard — and why it's still worth it.
“You don't need permission to want more.”
“Discipline is just self-respect in action. Keep going.”
“Finish this the way you started — out loud, and unwilling to shrink.”
What you walk away with
Twenty-one days from now, you'll have:
Twenty-one posts, on the recordA public streak of saying what you want, out loud, in your own voice.
A workbook you'll keepNot a PDF you forget — one you'll flip back to long after Day 21.
A habit that outlasts the challengeTwenty-one days is enough for it to stop feeling like a rule.
A hashtag full of people cheering for youAnd you, cheering right back — that's the whole flywheel.
Who's behind this
Hey — I'm Nacia.
I've been a working actor since 2015 — mostly the co-star roles you'd recognize but not necessarily name — and a hockey mom of four here in Las Vegas. My own list of a hundred things I want has been sitting in a notes app for years.
This fall, I started saying one of them out loud every day, on camera, for the last 100 days of the year. Say Yes Challenge is that same practice, built so you don't have to commit to a hundred days to feel what changes when you stop keeping your own life a secret. Twenty-one is plenty to start.
Who this is for
Read both sides before you join.
Good fit if
- ✓You've got a list of things you want that's never made it out of your head.
- ✓You do better with a hard start date and other people posting alongside you.
- ✓You're willing to hit "post" on something unpolished, twenty-one times in a row.
Maybe not yet if
- ✕You're hoping for a shortcut to going viral. That's not what this measures.
- ✕You want individual feedback on every post — this is peer community, not coaching.
- ✕You're not ready to post publicly yet. That's okay — start privately, and come back when you are.

Questions
Before you join
What if I miss a day?
Skip it and pick up where the calendar says you are — don't restart and don't try to "catch up." One missed day, or five, doesn't end your streak. Stopping for good is the only way to actually fail this.
Do I have to show my face?
Most people do, because that's where the connection happens — but voiceover, text-on-screen, whatever "out loud" looks like for you is fair game. The point is that it's public, not that it's a certain format.
I'm camera-shy and new to posting. Is this still for me?
Yes — that's exactly who the bonus Camera Confidence guide is for. No equipment, no experience, no polish required.
Does my account need to be public?
No, but public posts are what make the #sayyeschallenge hashtag work as a community — so it's encouraged, not required.
Is there one-on-one coaching?
Community support happens through the hashtag and the pinned comment thread for your cohort.
What if I want to join after Cohort 1 starts?
Enrollment closes once a cohort begins, since the whole point is everyone moving through the same 21 days together. You'll be first to hear when the next cohort opens.
What's the refund policy?
Each cohort is small and starts on a hard date, so enrollment is final once your cohort opens. Reach out with any questions before then — happy to help you figure out if it's the right fit.
You can keep scrolling.
Or you can post Day 1.
Twenty-one days from now, you'll either have a hashtag full of your own yeses — or you'll still be thinking about starting. Cohort 1 opens September 29.
